In 2000, Six Productions produced a marketing video for the Lower Neches Valley Authority. The video was used to show how the LNVA’s services to area industries and municipalities are crucial to our economic development.
The Golden Pass LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) project is one of the argest industrial construction projects to come to Southeast Texas and is currently the largest “greenfield” construction project in the nation. Chicago Bridge & Iron (CB&I) is the primary contractor for the $1 billion construction project that is expected to take three years to complete.

CB&I / Matrix hired Six Productions to produce a monthly Video Progress REport to document the progress of construction. Producer/Director Larry jakobeit shoots weekly at the site and edits the footage into a DVD video presentation each month throughout the entire construction phase of the project.

The project called for extensive aerial footage of the LNVA’s entire river system and facilities. To do this, Six Productions used a Bell Jet Ranger helicopter equipped with a Tyler Nose-Mount. This enabled us to capture very smooth fly-over shots along the neches River, Sam Rayburn Reservoir and other Southeast Texas locations.

Currently, Six Productions is working on a new version of the video which will be produced into a custom DVD. The DVD will incorporate new facilities and directions at the LNVA. Producer/Director Darryl Corley is currently working on the project which will inclde several days of shooting, editing and DVD Authoring. The project will also incorporate new aerial footage.
